How to make or cook easy recipes of home made sweet munchkins using biscuits


Munchkins is one of my favorite dessert made in biscuit, they are made usually in small round shape and the ingredient are very affordable and always available in any supermarket. This dessert is perfect to share it to your love ones or to your family or maybe to you friends specially in valentines day or any occasion you like. So why not try to make this kind of dessert by your self.


Ingredients:

- 12 pc of crushed biscuit
- 1 can of condense milk
- Desiccated coconut
- Nips and marshmallow or you put chocolate (optional)


Cooking process:

- Mix the condense milk and the crushed biscuit in a big bowl until blended well.
- Get 1 little portion using your spoon or any tool you want and and roll it to your hands to make a round shape and be sure your nips or chocolate well being coated.
- Make more round shape you want and  separate it to a clean plate.
- Once you've finished making all the mixed biscuit into a round shape prepare your desiccated coconut in a clean bowl
-  Roll your munchkins to a desiccated coconut and make sure it well be coated all around the munchkin
- Chill your finished munchkins or you can put it into a fridge.
- Serve it to your friends

Cassava cake is one of the delicious native delicacy that everyone loves to eat, it is made from grated cassava or what we called manioc and also you can make this recipe in different version with other toppings, but this version is my best way to make an easy recipe cassava cake, you don't have to be an expert to make this kind of delicacy but all you have to need is to follow the instruction below and prepare some ingredient for making cassava recipe. 


Ingredients:

- 16 oz of grated cassava
- 1 and 1/2 bottle of macapuno strings 
- 1 and 1/2 can of coconut milk
- 1 and 1/2 can of condense milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 Butter

Cooking process:

- Preheat the oven about 375 degree F
- Grease your baking pan with the butter and set it aside
- Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl. Make sure every ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer to the greased baking tray. 
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. 
- Combine the topping ingredients or you can add some topping if you want. . 
- Pour-in over to the top of the baked cassava. 
- Bake for another 15-25 minutes. 
- Remove from oven and serve it to your friends.

One of the most easy recipes and popular native delicacies recipe here in Philippines that most Filipinos wants to prepare during Christmas eve is called kutsinta, because of it delicious and soft look Filipinos want to eat this with Puto and others native delicacy, well this recipe is easy to prepare all you need to have is the ingredient that I mention below.


Ingredients:

- 1 cup of flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 to 4 cups of clean water
- 1 tbs lye water like potassium carbonate solution
- Grated coconut 


Cooking process:

- Mix the flour and 2 cups of sugar with water
- Make sure that the mixture is smooth and free of lumps
- Get your molds or your kutsinta shape maker and pour the ingredients to it.
- Steam it in a large pan with a cover and with a 2 inches deep of water.
- Steam it in 40 to 50 minutes.
- If it is done remove it from the muffin pans and serve with freshly grated coconut on the top.

In Austria they love to eat desserts and pastries, and some time they add some cream on top of their coffee or chocolate. they called this cream trimming Schlagober. In Austria, Salzburg is the town where the musician Mozart was born and lives as a little boy genius.

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs separated
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- Confectioners sugar
- 1/4 pound sweet chocolate
- 2 tablespoon hot water


Cooking process:

- Take 1/4 pound chocolate and break it into small pieces or you can use chocolate bits.
- Add the chocolate into your sauce pan and melt it in a very low flame adding with 2 tablespoon hot water.
- Stir it continuously
- Beat the yolks of 4 eggs and 1 and 1/2 tablespoon vanilla.
- Whip the whites of the eggs very stiff.
- Mix the whole thing, the white, yolks, and chocolate gently together.
- Spoon it into small cups or individual pots.
- Put them in the ice box until chilled.
- Serve one to each person, topped with plenty of whipped cream.

In Switzerland I used to love the special breed of big black and white dog, industrious and docile, these dogs are use to pull little cart along the streets, some dogs carrying milk churns and some sometimes vegetables from farm to downtown. - 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 3 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 pound Swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste


Cooking process:

- Ready your chafing dish or maybe your little stand of a candle burn. (so that you can make a table on very low heat.)
- Light your little stand candle burn.
- Melt 2 tablespoon butter and 3 tablespoon flour in it.
- Stir it carefully round and round using your wooden spoon, if you don't have you can use ordinary spoon.
-  Add bit by bit 2cups of milk while stirring.
- Add 1 pound coarsely grated or cheese if the mixture of milk and flour begins to thicker.
-  Buy it in lump and cut it into thin shavings yourself.
-  Add some salt if your cheese melt or 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg.
- You cheese fondue is ready to server for four servings.

Here is another dessert recipe from England, this desserts is similar to pudding but the different from the pudding is this dessert is uncooked. Some people in England called this the "Summer Pudding" because it is made from different fruit, here is the instruction on you can create Fruit hat desserts.


Ingredients:

- 2 cups of fresh black currants
- 2 cups of raspberries or blackberries
- 8 thick of sliced white bread
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Cream or milk (optional)

Cooking process:

- Cut the 8 thick slices of white bread and line it inside your pudding dish.
- Now fill it up, packed tight with 2 cups fresh black currants.
- Add the raspberries or blackberries and press them down hard, so that the juice runs out.
- Finish it by covering with bread.
- Put it on the top of the dish a flat lid or a plate.
- Put some weight on it so that the lid is pressed down.
- Next day gently loosen the pudding on the side with a knife.
- Put your serving up-side down on top of it.
- Hold the pudding dish firmly together.
- Add some cream or milk and serve it in four servings.

England known as pudding country, because they have different kind of pudding like Canary, Roly-poly, Plum, spotted dog, apple hat and dumplings pudding. But in term of cooking, pudding have different style but this pudding that I will show you how to prepare have different style and easy to cook.  Here it is the famous special dessert pudding that being serve to the guards officer from Whitehall until today.


Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup sugar and butter
- 1 cup white bread crumbs
- Pinch of baking soda
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 3 or 6 tablespoon of raspberry jam
-  Light cream (optional)
- 3 to 4 eggs


Cooking process:

- Mix 1 cup white bread crumbs with 3/4 cup of sugar and butter.
- Add a pinch of baking soda dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water.
- Beat up th4 eggs and 6 tablespoon of raspberry jam.
- Mix the whole thing together and put it in a mold or in your pudding dish taht you have first buttered and stream it for 2 hours.
- From time to time pudding server with either light cream or add some more jam on it.
- Add 3 big spoonfuls of jam and 2 of water.
- Boiled it together for an half hour or less than.
-  For the last ingredients add the juice of 1/2 small lemon and stir well. (four servings)

The majority to Filipinos children in remote place in the Philippines wants to eat Sugary or candy. At my age most of my friends bought some Yema candy from our neighbors called Yema store. This type of candy made ​​of egg yolk and this is the most popular delicacy in Philippines. Today I will show you how to make yema in simple steps. 

Ingredients: 

- 6 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 200g sugar
- Colored cellophane paper (optional)


Cooking process:

- Mixed the 6 eggs in a large plot with the condensed milk and vanilla.
- Stir it until it blend.
- After mixing it, transfer it to a clean dry pan and boil it with a minimum heat apply to prevent the mixture from burning.
- Stir it occasionally.
- When the mixture form like a ball, that is the time the yema is ready.
- Wait until it become cooled and make some different shape from it ad serve it to your friends.

I have chosen here some of the simplest dishes around the world but prepared with a lot of twist and care and also an attention. Pain Perdu is very popular in
France as a French toast. In France this dishes is eaten all over as a delicious desert particularly in Normandy.

Ingredients:

- 6 slices stale white bread
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Cooking process:

- Take the 6 slice stale white bread about 1/2 inch thick.
- Remove crust.
- Bring to boil 3/4 cup milk with 1tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Pour the milk into the soup plate.
- Cool a little and dip the slice bread in it and dip them fast in and out.
- while you beat up the yolks of a 3 eggs, put these in another soft plate and dip your slice of bread in the eggs mixtures.
- Put them to drain on clean cloth.
- Melt some butter for about 2 tablespoon in a frying fan.
- Fry the slices very quickly wait until they become pale golden brown.
- Sprinkle them with sugar and serve them while its hot. ( Six Serving )
