How to make or cook easy recipes of Austria style Rococo cream recipe



In Austria they love to eat desserts and pastries, and some time they add some cream on top of their coffee or chocolate. they called this cream trimming Schlagober. In Austria, Salzburg is the town where the musician Mozart was born and lives as a little boy genius.

People in Austria love to drink coffee with Schlagober on top. If they have dinner it is usually some dish of veal or maybe pork and sauerkraut, with caraway seeds and lots of potatoes. For special occasion the chocolate cream or mousse, this how I tech you how to make this recipe.


Ingredients:

- 4 eggs separated
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- Confectioners sugar
- 1/4 pound sweet chocolate
- 2 tablespoon hot water


Cooking process:

- Take 1/4 pound chocolate and break it into small pieces or you can use chocolate bits.
- Add the chocolate into your sauce pan and melt it in a very low flame adding with 2 tablespoon hot water.
- Stir it continuously
- Beat the yolks of 4 eggs and 1 and 1/2 tablespoon vanilla.
- Whip the whites of the eggs very stiff.
- Mix the whole thing, the white, yolks, and chocolate gently together.
- Spoon it into small cups or individual pots.
- Put them in the ice box until chilled.
- Serve one to each person, topped with plenty of whipped cream.
