How to make or cook easy recipes of home made kinilaw na tuna (kilawin)


Kinilaw is not really means cooking, its means to cook it using vinegar and this kind of recipe is very popular in some region in Philippines and there are many kind of fish that can be used to make kilawin or kinilaw some of these are cavalla and grouper. Making kinilaw is not complicated to make all you have to have is these ingredients and follow some basic cooking process in making kinilaw. 


Ingredients:

- 1/ 4 kilo of fish like lapu-lapu but this tutorials I use fin tuna.
- 1/2 of crushed galic
- 1 sliced medium size of ginger
- 1 sliced of onion
- 2 green chili pepper being cut in 1/4 thick slice.
- 1 c of vinegar
- 1 red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c of lemon juice or kalamansi juice
- 1 c of coconut cream


Cooking process:

- Clean the fish and cut it into cubes and place it in a bowl.
- Add or sprinkle some salt and pepper and mixed it well.
- Add the vinegar and mix again the fish.
- Cover it using any kind of things and chill it for 10 to 15 minutes or more than.
- Darin the fish and add some lemon juice, garlic, chill pepper, bell pepper, ginger, and sliced onion.
- Mixed all the ingredient and chill it again for 30 mins 
- Pour in the coconut cream into the mixed ingredients.
- Serve it to your friends.

In any case, the Golem remain a legend of old Prague, and people still remember it. No one could ever tell me if the Golem ate or drank like a living being, but if he did, I am sure he would have drunk beer, the Pilsner beer which is made at Pilsen, not far from Prague, and eaten dumplings, which are one of the  Czech's favorite dishes. They can be eaten with meat or jam, or in soup, or maybe with caraway seeds inside. This is how to make the dumplings.


Ingredients:

- 6 tablespoon of flour
- Pinch of salt
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 1 can clear soup
- Grated cheese


Cooking process:

- Put 6 tablespoon flour into a big bowl, with a pinch of salt.
- Beat the yolks of 3 eggs and mix in 2 tablespoons soft butter.
- Cream all this together, eggs, butter, and flour.
- Work the dough very stiff and add to the mixture.
- Stir hard for another minute or two.
- Shape the dough into a small round balls.
- Drop them into a saucepan full of boiling stock ( clear soup )
- When the dumplings rise and float on the surface, they are done.
- Add caraway seeds to your dumplings if you like
- serving for two.

How to make or cook easy recipes of Holland style Eel Soup recipe



Everyone in Holland loves to eat hot dog, and they called it eel. If you want to eat this Eel you can buy it from little carts along the street in Holland. Smoked eel is a delicate and delicious as smoked trout. Eel soup is very satisfying meal, but it is a very rich dish. I shall describe something much simpler which I think very good.

Ingredients:

-  4 cups of salt water
- 1/2 pound eel
- 6 spring parsley
- Peel of 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoon of capers
- 1/4  teaspoon powdered mace
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- Dash of black pepper

Cooking process

- For 2 people , get 1/2 pound eel from the fish market  and have it cleaned,
- Skin it and cut it into 2 inch pieces.
- Put it in a big sauce pan with 4 cups of salt water.
- Simmer it till the fish is cooked.
- Lift the pieces out and put them aside in a warm place.
- To the water were they cooked add 6 springs of parsley and 2 teaspoon capers.
- Peel the 1/2 lemon sliced and 1/4 teaspoon powdered mace.
- Melt 2 tablespoon butter and blend with 2 tablespoon flour till it is well mixed.
- Add this to the fish stock and stir well.
- When it begins to thicken let it simmer.
- Sprinkle with a dash of black pepper and pour it through a strainer over the pieces of eel.
- Reheat the eel in a few minutes, not very hot, then serve it in four serving.
- Your eel soup are complete.

Some of us know that cooking leftover dish does not seem or sounds good, but as I said I will post here in my blog the most popular dishes from different country. This time let's talk about Indian food that some people thinks  that this food is good to eat or this food is easy to make. Hagis is one of the the specialty from Scotland, this dish compose of some sort of meat pudding, creamy that put inside  the sheep's stomach, but the the main dish today is Kedgeree a good recipe for using up bits of leftover fish, and one much used in Scotland.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of cooked fish (any kind)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon butter
- Water cries and fried bread (optional)

Cooking process:

- Boil your 1 cup of rice with 6 cups of salt water in less than 15 minutes.
- Drain the water from the rice then add the leftover fish the one that already cooked.
- If you use some fish that does not salty taste, add some salt and pepper to make it salty.
- Add the fish to the rice and mix it smoothly and add some butter.
- After adding some butter add the 2 to 3 eggs that slightly beaten.
- Mix it together in a medium heat for about 4 minutes.
- Your Kedgeree recipe is done, serve it in for servings,
- Optional: if you like to eat with bread and bunch of water cress then add some.

Make your own Salmon and laguna cheese bruschetta by this easy simple steps.


Ingredients:

1 (213 gms.) can pink salmon; drained, skins & bones removed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup kesong puti, crumbled
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 French Bread or Country Loaf, sliced
butter, softened

Cooking process:


- Spread butter on top of bread, set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine salmon, kesong puti, garlic, basil and tomatoes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Top each bread with the mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp. Makes 12 pieces.

How to cook a creamy Bangus? Just follow the instruction below on how to make a delicious creamy Bangus.

Ingredients:

-1 Whole Bangus, cleaned, gutted and rinsed
-2 pcs. onion, chopped
-1/2 head garlic, minced
-1 thumb sized knob of ginger, peeled than minced
-3 tomatoes, chopped
-1-1/2 tbsps. Bagoong alamang
-1 bundle mustard leaves (mustasa leaves)
-1 cup thick coconut cream (first extract)
-3 pcs. green finger pepper (siling panigang)
-salt to taste

Cooking procedure:

- Slice the Bangus into serving portions. Rub salt on the Bangus slices.
- Mix the bagoong, onion, ginger, tomatoes and garlic in a small bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the above mixture on top of the Bangus slices. Wrap securely in mustard leaves.
- Place the Bangus in deep pan. Pour in coconut milk ( second extract) and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in the coconut cream (first extract) and  simmer some.

How to make a Bangus steak recipe


Bangus steak cuisine is very special among Filipino, because of its delicious taste from its meat. Make this kind of cousin and serve it your family.

Ingredients: 

1 whole bangus, deboned
salt to taste
pepper to taste
oil for frying

For the sauce:
2 Pcs. white onions, sliced into rings
1/2 cup calamansi juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
A dash of Worcestershire sauce

Cooking process:

- Season Bangus with salt and pepper.
- Pan-fry the bangus until golden brown.
- to prepare the sauce, in a separate pan, heat the oil and fry the onions rings. Add calamansi juice, soy sauce and water. Boil before removing from heat.
- Transfer the Bangus on  platter and pour sauce over it. Garnish with additional onions rings before servings.

How to make lumpiang bangus (milkfish spring rolls)



This kind of dish is made ​​of fish lumpia, this is not an ordinary fish because this kind of fish is more popular in many countries and it has more bones and it’s not easy to prepare but delicious. 

Ingredients:

1 Whole bangus cleaned and gutted.
1/4  cup green onions, chopped
2 gloves garlic
3 onions, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 cups rice noodles (bihon) cooked then cut up
Fish sauce (patis or vinegar)
Pepper to taste
Lumpia wrapper

For the sauce:

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
Salt to taste
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 pcs. bird eye chili, chopped
1/2 cup grated carrots

Cooking process:

- Place the bangus in a saucepan and cover with water. Simmer until cooked. Remove and allow cooling
- Flake the meat after the bangus has cooled. Take the bone and set aside, the recipe would require about 2 cup of bangus meat.
- In another pan, heat the oil and sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes. Add the flaked bangus. Season it with fish sauce and papper.
- Add the rice noodles (bihon) and green onions. Stuff into lumpia wrappers and fry until it become golden brown.
- To prepare the lumpia sauce, combine sugar and water and cook until mixture becomes syrupy. Switch off the fire and add the remaining ingredients and serve it will.
