How to make or cook easy recipes of Scotland style Indian dish (Kedgeree) recipe



Some of us know that cooking leftover dish does not seem or sounds good, but as I said I will post here in my blog the most popular dishes from different country. This time let's talk about Indian food that some people thinks  that this food is good to eat or this food is easy to make. Hagis is one of the the specialty from Scotland, this dish compose of some sort of meat pudding, creamy that put inside  the sheep's stomach, but the the main dish today is Kedgeree a good recipe for using up bits of leftover fish, and one much used in Scotland.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of cooked fish (any kind)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon butter
- Water cries and fried bread (optional)

Cooking process:

- Boil your 1 cup of rice with 6 cups of salt water in less than 15 minutes.
- Drain the water from the rice then add the leftover fish the one that already cooked.
- If you use some fish that does not salty taste, add some salt and pepper to make it salty.
- Add the fish to the rice and mix it smoothly and add some butter.
- After adding some butter add the 2 to 3 eggs that slightly beaten.
- Mix it together in a medium heat for about 4 minutes.
- Your Kedgeree recipe is done, serve it in for servings,
- Optional: if you like to eat with bread and bunch of water cress then add some.
