How to make Chicken Balls


This kind of dish is one of the hardest and expensive in making finger foods, the ingredient of this dish is more expensive compare to other but when the dish is finish you will be able to taste the delicious chicken nugget made by your self.

Ingredients:

2-1/2 pounds ground chicken
 3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon minced onion
 1 tablespoon and 1/4 teaspoon whole cloves, ground
 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon ricotta cheese
 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon shredded mozzarella cheese
 3/4 cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon ketchup
 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons fresh basil
 1 tablespoon and 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
 3-1/4 eggs, beaten
 3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon crushed buttery round cracker crumbs

Cooking process:

- In a large bowl combine the chicken, onion, cloves, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, basil, parsley and eggs. Mix well and form about 30 balls out of the mixture, using hands.
- Roll balls in extra Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and fry chicken balls until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
