How to make or cook easy recipes of home made kinilaw na tuna (kilawin)


Kinilaw is not really means cooking, its means to cook it using vinegar and this kind of recipe is very popular in some region in Philippines and there are many kind of fish that can be used to make kilawin or kinilaw some of these are cavalla and grouper. Making kinilaw is not complicated to make all you have to have is these ingredients and follow some basic cooking process in making kinilaw. 


Ingredients:

- 1/ 4 kilo of fish like lapu-lapu but this tutorials I use fin tuna.
- 1/2 of crushed galic
- 1 sliced medium size of ginger
- 1 sliced of onion
- 2 green chili pepper being cut in 1/4 thick slice.
- 1 c of vinegar
- 1 red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c of lemon juice or kalamansi juice
- 1 c of coconut cream


Cooking process:

- Clean the fish and cut it into cubes and place it in a bowl.
- Add or sprinkle some salt and pepper and mixed it well.
- Add the vinegar and mix again the fish.
- Cover it using any kind of things and chill it for 10 to 15 minutes or more than.
- Darin the fish and add some lemon juice, garlic, chill pepper, bell pepper, ginger, and sliced onion.
- Mixed all the ingredient and chill it again for 30 mins 
- Pour in the coconut cream into the mixed ingredients.
- Serve it to your friends.
