How to make or cook easy recipes of Switzerland style Fondue recipe

In Switzerland I used to love the special breed of big black and white dog, industrious and docile, these dogs are use to pull little cart along the streets, some dogs carrying milk churns and some sometimes vegetables from farm to downtown. They have particularly sweet natures, and are conscientious, patient and adorable creatures.

Most of the time if they have a celebration  they will probably eat a special cheese dish, called cheese fondue, with a cup of chocolate and a piece of bread and cheese and sometimes with a soup. This recipe that I'm going to post is how can you make a cheese fondue.

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 3 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 pound Swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking process:

- Ready your chafing dish or maybe your little stand of a candle burn. (so that you can make a table on very low heat.)
- Light your little stand candle burn.
- Melt 2 tablespoon butter and 3 tablespoon flour in it.
- Stir it carefully round and round using your wooden spoon, if you don't have you can use ordinary spoon.
-  Add bit by bit 2cups of milk while stirring.
- Add 1 pound coarsely grated or cheese if the mixture of milk and flour begins to thicker.
-  Buy it in lump and cut it into thin shavings yourself.
-  Add some salt if your cheese melt or 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg.
- You cheese fondue is ready to server for four servings.
