How to make or cook easy recipes of England style Fruit Hat recipe

Here is another dessert recipe from England, this desserts is similar to pudding but the different from the pudding is this dessert is uncooked. Some people in England called this the "Summer Pudding" because it is made from different fruit, here is the instruction on you can create Fruit hat desserts.


Ingredients:

- 2 cups of fresh black currants
- 2 cups of raspberries or blackberries
- 8 thick of sliced white bread
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Cream or milk (optional)

Cooking process:

- Cut the 8 thick slices of white bread and line it inside your pudding dish.
- Now fill it up, packed tight with 2 cups fresh black currants.
- Add the raspberries or blackberries and press them down hard, so that the juice runs out.
- Finish it by covering with bread.
- Put it on the top of the dish a flat lid or a plate.
- Put some weight on it so that the lid is pressed down.
- Next day gently loosen the pudding on the side with a knife.
- Put your serving up-side down on top of it.
- Hold the pudding dish firmly together.
- Add some cream or milk and serve it in four servings.
