Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon peanut oil or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or tarragon vinegar or light, or use white wine vinegar.
- 1 head lettuce or 8 heads of endive.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Pepper to taste.
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar.
